Arriving to the Annual Meeting

  • There are multiple airports available in the area. The nearest airport is the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL). Other airports include the Miami International Airport (MIA), Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), and the Orlando International Airport (MCO).
  • Tri-Rail: The Tri-Rail is a public train that runs from West Palm Beach to Miami along the East coast. It has stations at both FLL and MIA airports and has a stop near the meeting location (Fort Lauderdale stop). This train is an afforable option and tickets can be purchased at the train station.   • Brightline: The Brightline is a high-speed train that runs from Orlando to Miami. This train stops in Ft Lauderdale but does not stop at any airports. However, it does offer shuttles and private cars as connections to airports for an additional cost. Ticket prices vary based on availability and distance traveled. The Orlando station was set to begin operating on September 1st, 2023, but that date is now delayed. There is no confirmed opening date for service to Orlando at the moment. Please check the Brightline website frequently for updates on when Orlando service will be available. Local Transportation

  • Freebee: Freebee is a FREE ride-share app for the Ft. Lauderdale area. This electric cart can drop you off anywhere in the downtown Fort Lauderdale area. To request a ride, download the app here: Freebee (ridefreebee.com) 
  • LauderGO! Community Shuttle: This is a city operated FREE shuttle that can take you around Ft Lauderdale. It has 5 different routes to take you all throughout the city. Take the Beach Link to visit the Ft Lauderdale beach or take the Las Olas Link to visit the city's most popular bars and restaurants.   • Water Taxi: The water taxi is a boat taxi that travels through the intercostal waterway. The water taxi has multiple stops through downtown Fort Lauderdale, including a stop at the meeting venue!
